Be warned _ Possible malicious code
Firstly, you have to do an ADDITIONAL purchase if you want to get a selection of fonts. The initial buy is only to “be able to install fonts”.
The actual installing of fonts involves suspicious behavior which I was given the choice of allowing. I decided not to allow. This felt too outside of iOS app normal operations.
Font viruses do exist, and there is always some malicious code in the wild more advanced than current tech companies are prepared for.
In short, any kind of suspicious behavior should raise a red flag. I’m not prepared to “allow a configuration change” in Settings when all I want to do is install a font into Pages or Keynote using this app. It overreaches suspiciously. It tries opening some dubious website. Suspicious behavior is suspicious.
Do not trust.
