Use it all the time

Used AnyFont to load Adobes open source developer-friendly font Source Code Pro into Windows 7 - e.g. dragged SourceCodePro_FontsOnly-1.017.zip into AnyFonts Document folder, and walla-voila, AnyFont had unpacked the zip file - picked Source Code Pro Semibold to register the font to iOS7 on iPad, and iOS apps immediately had that gorgeous monospace font available.
